Write for ZeroMag Gaming: Forge New Paths in Play
At ZeroMag Gaming, we believe every game, like every writer, holds unexplored potential. Founded by Neylith Vosswyn, we’re not just another platform—we are a collective built from passion, insight, and the relentless hope that every player can get better, smarter, and closer to their dream performance. Nestled at 1368 Oak Lane, Winston, Missouri, we craft and share pro-level tactics, hidden meta gems, and the kind of esports perspectives that make top-tier gameplay accessible to gamers everywhere.
If you’ve ever watched a play unfold and thought, “I have a take on that,” then you have a place here. Whether you’re banking strategies for the endgame, crafting guides to help others rise, or simply have something to say about the pulse of an esports showdown—you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
Your Voice Has Power Here
Writing for ZeroMag Gaming means more than dropping patch notes or listing builds. It means building hope—offering players a lens to see possibility in their own playstyle, and in the game itself. Our writers fuel courage with every article: helping a new player step into ranked, giving a team the edge before tournament day, or reminding veterans why they fell in love with the game in the first place.
Your writing could:
- Break down the latest balancing moves in multiplayer with clarity and optimism
- Offer tactics that reshape how players engage with team roles
- Explain high-level move sets so fresh competitors can enter the arena excited instead of overwhelmed
- Craft tutorials that center around hope, growth, and potential rather than just perfect stats
We Welcome Writers of All Experience Levels
Whether you’ve coached an esports roster, modded a community, or are just starting to put your thoughts on paper, we believe the future of gaming education and inspiration is written by many voices. We champion writers from all walks of the digital world—because diversity in perspective gives rise to a broader, better map of what’s possible.
Maybe you’ve:
- Built a following through video breakdowns or twitch commentary
- Written technical reviews of patches and live updates
- Led a squad climb into Platinum just last season—or
- Transformed a friend group into a confident competitive team
Now’s the time to turn those insights into hope-filled, data-informed articles that help others thrive.
What You Can Write About
- Multiplayer Meta Shifts: What’s shifting in ranked seasons? What placement strategies or role dynamics are evolving?
- Esports Strategy Deep-Dives: Deconstructing pro plays in major tournaments, or unpacking team formations and rotations
- Optimization Resources: Guides to aiming mechanics, UI settings, training modes, or practice frameworks that help users play smarter, not harder
- Perspective Pieces: Insightful thought leadership—confidence culture, sportsmanship, mental game prep, switching roles with grace
However you play—or write—there’s space for you to make impact here.
Why Write for ZeroMag Gaming?
You become someone’s game-changer. Your breakdown might help someone hold their own in their very first scrim. Your guide could transform a hobbyist into a skilled creator in their own right. And above all? You’ll be writing within a mission that sees readers and players as capable of greatness, even before they feel it themselves.
- Editorial Support: We’ll work with you to refine your tone, sharpen your analysis, and build articles that are memorable and shareable.
- Credibility: Be part of a fast-growing platform founded by advocates for smart, hopeful, community-first gaming discourse.
- Community Contribution: You’ll help shape the spirit and standard of gaming growth—not by gatekeeping, but by strengthening the bridge from casual to competitive.
- Flexible Submission: Publish when you’re ready. Whether you’re pitching bi-weekly guides or submitting one thoughtful piece, your contribution always matters.
Submission Guidelines
Length and voice matter, but soul matters more. Article submissions typically run between 800–1,200 words. As long as your writing is clear, passionate, informed, and hopeful, we’re listening.
Please keep your work:
- Centered on strategy, inclusive insight, or empowering breakdown (vs venting or echoing tired tropes)
- Original: We don’t accept works that have been published elsewhere
- Optimized for gamers at any point in their journey—no elitism, no assumptions
Before submitting, take a peek at recently published content on our site to get a sense of tone and coverage. While we prize pro-level breakdowns, we publish them with a tone of welcome, not gatekeeping.
How to Submit
To pitch us an idea or send a draft, simply email us at [email protected]. Include a short note about who you are, what game(s) your article covers, and whether it’s a pitch or a full piece. No attachments necessary unless asked—we prefer reading drafts directly in the body of the email.
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Helpful Hints Before You Hit Send
- What does your article empower the reader to do better?
- Is it written for a gamer audience—not an academic journal, but not an unfocused ramble either?
- Does it offer hope? Even failure-focused stories can end with growth, affirmation, and next steps.
